Abstract Submission and Registration

Abstract Submission

Participants are expected to provide an abstract towards the poster session upon registration. Please prepare your contribution in the following template:

A number of abstracts will be chosen for Oral presentation (to be communicated by email).

Poster Session

The poster format is A0 Portrait. Please do also prepare one slide for a poster-flash presentation.

Registration and Accomodation

We ask for a registration fee (CHF 190.-) towards the organization and an accommodation fee which depends on the type of room at the Congressi Stefano Franscini (CSF) or in an external hotel you choose. Payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AmericanExpress) or TWINT is possible.
On-line registration is requested via the conference registration tool provided on the CSF Online Platform.

Please note that both, the registration (incl. abstract submission) and room reservation procedures will only be completed after you received payment confirmation.

Accommodation and Meals

Accommodation will be arranged at the conference center and in nearby hotels in the Ascona/Locarno area. Check-in at all hotels starts from 3 pm on Sunday.

Due to the limited number of single rooms at the conference venue, you might want to team up in order to share a room with another conference participant. In this case, please mention both names in the mask, as you register for accommodation. Also note that accompanying persons pay a slightly higher charge for accommodation. Please contact the organizer if you are interested in this option.

All coffee breaks, lunches and dinners will be provided directly on-site (for external hotel guests booked via CSF as well) and are included. Booking and payment of any extra nights before and/or after the conference or for the accompanying person is not arranged by the organizers and is the responsibility of the participant.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy

Participants should cancel their participation by email to registration-molquest@unibas.ch (email date will be considered as cancellation date).

The registration fee is NOT refundable.

The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference.
Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance and participants should take care of these matters on their own.
By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
